Southern States LSH and LSH-B horizontal interrupter line switchers provide load breaking, loop splitting, and line dropping capabilities for your most critical line switching applications. Additional applications include transformer magnetizing current interrupting and cable switching. Both the LSH and the LSH-B feature multi-time fault closing capability and circuit making within the interrupter.
The
LSH and the LSH-B are also well suited for such special purpose applications
as reactor switching or series capacitor bypassing. The LSH is a non-blade
model unit while the LSH-B is a blade model unit whose interrupters
mount in series with an integral, vertical break disconnect switch.
The LSH
and the LSH-B can be installed on a Southern States furnished support
structure with a wide variety of structure height and phase spacing
combinations to suit essentially any installation requirement or can
be adapted to many existing support structures--even for installations
requiring vertical or inverted mounting of the line switcher. The LSH
and the LSH-B can be operated manually via a gear crank operator or
electrically via a motor operator.
